I was born and raised in Wallace, Idaho. After high school I attended the University of Idaho and North Idaho College. I received my AAS in Paralegal studies in the Spring of 2007 and worked in the North Idaho legal community as a paralegal for 8 years.
After meeting my husband and discussing our goals, I decided to make a career change into Real Estate. It was a fairly easy transition, after years of Real Estate law experience as a Paralegal. This career allows me more freedom and flexibility, and to also use my legal knowledge to best benefit my clients.
There are several options for a real estate agent this day and age. Newspapers, internet ads: they’re everywhere. Have you ever stopped to think what’s behind the pretty faces and neon advertisements? Did you stop to think about that agent’s experience, their knowledge base, what kind of customer service you are going to receive after the offer is signed?
I was once told “it matters who says it”. So instead of writing about myself, see below what my clients and colleagues have to say:
“With Lianne’s work ethic, attention to detail, creativity and customer service, she will make your goals her first priority and assure a positive outcome for you and your family”
– Barry McHugh, Kootenai County Prosecutor
“Bright, motivated and energetic. You can count on Lianne to get results”
– Scot Nass, Real Estate Attorney
“Lianne is driven to excellence and works hard for her clients. You can always trust a girl with North Idaho roots!”
– Marsha Dornquast, Satisfied Buyer
I promise whatever your real estate goal, I have the wisdom and negotiation skills to get you what you need. Call or email anytime.
